I'm just a guy who loves God, our Blessed Mother, the Church, and Don Bosco. Currently, I'm a Salesian volunteer working in disguise ;) as an engineer. Ten years ago, I committed my life to Serve and Protect young people. (Yeh, I thought about being a cop, too.) I've worked at Camp Don Bosco - Newton (2 summers), Camp Don Bosco-Putnam Valley (3 summers), The Oratory (Camp)-Belle Glade (3 summers), Life Camp-Newton (1 summer), Savio House-Bollington, England (Fall of 2002).
Hi Mike! Hope that the Christmas Season continues to pour its joys on you. I know that the time off from school is a blessing in itself. May the New Year find you the recipient of many wonderful graces and blessings. Continuing to hold you in prayer. Judy
Hi Mike. It's seems your blog entries are not showing on your page nor is it listed in the recent blogs on the front page. I'm curious if this is your intention or it may be a glitch in Ning.
Who is this Travis who makes the awesome t-shirts? Is he here in Ning? (Oh, btw? Have we ever met? I am brittany... in formation with the Salesian Sisters.)
Hey Mike,
I play guitar, a little piano, some percussion, and the irish penny whistle (if that counts) haha. It's so good to know how to play a musical instrument. Trumpet is awesome, i find it difficult to adjust your mouth to play the different harmonics.
Those were great times. A little crazy, but quite memorable. Nothing beat those camp fires. I'm in Boston now, working at the Salesian Boys and Girls Club. You have a great ning page.
